This platform allows for secure access to up-to-date account information and simplifies various processes for homeowners and board members alike.

Homeowners benefit from the following features:

• Homeowner Dashboard for clear oversight
• Seamless account switching for those managing multiple properties
• Payment options including scheduling and processing
• Account visibility encompassing all charges and payments
• Work order submission with status tracking, including the ability to add comments and images via mobile device
• Violation access for comments and mobile uploads
• ACC Request submissions with attachments enabled (photos can be taken directly on mobile devices)
• Access to community documents, directories, and photographs
• A dedicated Contact Us page for inquiries

Board Members have exclusive access to real-time features:

• Board task management tools
• Historical and archive financial statements available in board documents
• Detailed accounts receivable insights and collection statuses
• ACC review capabilities with mobile comment and imaging options
• Violations review functionality, including mobile commentary and image uploads

New Users: If you lack a current login for your association site, you may register by clicking the registration button and submitting your information. After approval, you will receive an email with a link to set your password, enabling you to log into your account via the app.

Existing Website Users: If you already possess a login for your association website, you can access the app using the same email address and password. Should you forget your password, simply click the 'Forgot Password' link to receive a reset request via email. Follow the instructions within the email to create a new password for app access.
