The DOME JUST DIDit Homeowner and Board App offers a streamlined solution for communities managed by DOME Property Management, facilitating effective management of community association responsibilities. This platform allows for secure access to up-to-date account information and simplifies various processes for homeowners and board members alike.

Homeowners benefit from the following features:

 <li>Homeowner Dashboard for clear oversight</li>
 <li>Seamless account switching for those managing multiple properties</li>
 <li>Payment options including scheduling and processing</li>
 <li>Account visibility encompassing all charges and payments</li>
 <li>Work order submission with status tracking, including the ability to add comments and images via mobile device</li>
 <li>Violation access for comments and mobile uploads</li>
 <li>ACC Request submissions with attachments enabled (photos can be taken directly on mobile devices)</li>
 <li>Access to community documents, directories, and photographs</li>
 <li>A dedicated Contact Us page for inquiries</li>
</ul>

Board Members have exclusive access to real-time features:

 <li>Board task management tools</li>
 <li>Historical and archive financial statements available in board documents</li>
 <li>Detailed accounts receivable insights and collection statuses</li>
 <li>ACC review capabilities with mobile comment and imaging options</li>
 <li>Violations review functionality, including mobile commentary and image uploads</li>

New Users: If you lack a current login for your association site, you may register by clicking the registration button and submitting your information. After approval, you will receive an email with a link to set your password, enabling you to log into your account via the app.

Existing Website Users: If you already possess a login for your association website, you can access the app using the same email address and password. Should you forget your password, simply click the 'Forgot Password' link to receive a reset request via email. Follow the instructions within the email to create a new password for app access.
